The shari impresses with its fine grain, is served at just the right temperature, and strikes a remarkably harmonious balance between sweetness and subtle acidity. The neta, too, is consistently of solid to good quality and neatly prepared. However, when it comes to the cutting technique, it’s clear that considerably more fine-tuning is needed.” (Published in March 2026)
