Restaurant review
Troyka, Erkelenz
Our forum member Claudia_urt says: “We were absolutely delighted with this restaurant. We were impressed not only by the special experience at the Chef’s Table, but also by the well-thought-out overall concept behind TROYKA. The name – Russian for ‘trio’ – symbolises the harmonious collaboration between Alexander Wulf, Marcel Kokot and Ronny Schreiber. The cuisine is rooted in regional traditions yet authentically Russian, whilst being modern and surprisingly reinterpreted. The gourmet menu takes diners on a culinary journey through Alexander Wulf’s childhood memories in Russia. As the world’s first Russian Michelin-starred chef, he has succeeded in completely reimagining Russian cuisine and imbuing it with an extraordinary lightness.” (Published in January 2026)
