Our forum member BeaX writes: “Christian Zach’s cuisine is characterised by clear, distinctive flavours, by delicious combinations that go beyond the ordinary, and by finely balanced intensities (which struck me as even more harmonious than during my visit last year). I was particularly impressed by the vegetables: visible and flavourful textures (and not just dollops of purée). The onion took centre stage in the amuse-bouches, very tasty yet subtle.
