Restaurant review
Sein, Karlsruhe
“I was absolutely delighted with my vegetarian menu. Every dish was a fresh surprise and showed just how creative, refined and full of flavour vegetarian cuisine can be. I savoured every bite and was genuinely impressed by the sophistication and depth in every course. As always, I was given a separate menu for the vegetarian options, which I felt was a lovely touch. It’s a lovely feeling to be able to read ahead with anticipation to see which course is being served next. This thoughtful touch made the evening even more special. Precisely because I’ve had different experiences in other restaurants, I appreciated this gesture all the more.” (Published in January 2026)
