Restaurant review
OPUS V, Mannheim
Forum member Tobler says: “Here, the product is the star, the sauces are the secret sensation, and the culinary concept is impressively rigorous. The two macarons are therefore absolutely top-notch. And since I have repeatedly professed my love of lunch here: the experience at ‘Opus V’ has really driven that point home; the fact that almost every table was taken spoke for itself. At the same time, we found ourselves wanting to book the full evening experience on our next visit, as the delights promised by the extended menu are simply too tempting.” (Published in December 2025)
