SCHWENDI. The kitchen at the Oberschwäbischer Hof in Schwendi is now run by a joint management team. Since January, Julius Reisch and Johann Seiringer have been sharing the role of head chef. In addition to the Michelin-starred restaurant Esszimmer, the Oberschwäbischer Hof also comprises the Lazarus Stube, which serves regional classics.

Following a long and successful collaboration, the two chefs have taken the next step together. Julius Reisch is particularly delighted with this development: “I am very pleased to have Johann by my side, not only as a valued colleague but also as a close friend. Our time together has brought us closer, both professionally and personally.” With this dual leadership, the Oberschwäbische Hof is focusing on continuity, trust and a shared culinary signature. Guests can continue to look forward to creative, high-quality cuisine that combines regional ingredients with modern influences.
