Coeur D'Artichaut Unplugged
For the fourth time, the Coeur-D'Artichaut team and their guests are visiting Hof Vincke, home to Iberico Westfalia, in Everswinkel, east of Münster. Here, Ibérico pigs are reared in free-range conditions.
Over four evenings – from 8 to 11 July – Coeur-D'Artichaut guests can take their seats at a beautifully laid table in a semi-open barn. And by the light of torches and candlelight, Frédéric Morel and his kitchen team will cook an exclusive six-course menu on a variety of grills in an outdoor kitchen.
Please note: 10 and 11 July, i.e. Friday and Saturday evenings, are currently fully booked. There are still places available on Wednesday and Thursday evenings, i.e. 8 and 9 July.
