Felix Kress joins the service team at the three-star restaurant

GRASSAU. The three-star restaurant ES:SENZ has a new restaurant manager. Felix Kress is taking on the role, thereby expanding the management team in the front of house.

Felix Kress, 35, brings extensive experience from the world of haute cuisine. Most recently, he was part of the restaurant management team at Schloss Schauenstein in Fürstenau, the restaurant run by Andreas Caminada. Other highlights of his career include the role of restaurant manager at Victor’s Fine Dining by Christian Bau and that of deputy restaurant manager at Vendôme in Bergisch Gladbach. With his experience and his understanding of precise, attentive service, he will provide a targeted boost to the ES:SENZ team.

Barbara Berger will remain at Das Achental resort in her role as Maître d’hôtel and will continue to focus on the resort’s dining services.
