It's all over for Pic in Lausanne

After 17 years, the Swiss branch of the French three-star chef will close at the end of 2026

LAUSANNE. At the end of the year, the Beau Rivage Palace Hotel will end its collaboration with the French three-star chef Anne-Sophie Pic. Her two-star restaurant within the hotel will close on 31 December. In its statement, the hotel describes the partnership as defining and highlights Pic’s “visionary strength.”

The Beau Rivage Palace wishes to realign its gastronomic offering and manage it under its own leadership in future. It is to be more firmly rooted in the hotel’s own values and strengths. Further details are yet to be announced.
