“In short: compared to the menu in autumn 2024, there was a noticeable leap in quality that justifies the three-star rating – albeit, in my opinion, by a narrow margin. In terms of technique and presentation, everything was of the highest standard, even if the second half of the menu fell slightly short – particularly the dessert section, which remains the menu’s slight weak point.” (Published in October 2025)
