100/200 Kitchen, Hamburg
The vegetarian menu at 100/200 didn't start off quite as strong this year as in previous years. I felt it lacked a bit of finesse. However, the vegetarian main course was world class and an absolute highlight. Further improvements over last year's vegetarian menus were also evident in the details. Although I don't have an overview of vegetarian menus in other restaurants, at 100/200, "Die Saison" is the menu that has the greatest individuality and best demonstrates the creative qualities of Thomas Imbusch's cuisine."
