restaurant review
The Table, Hamburg
Hamburg, The Table, Forum
Kevin Fehling's dishes have become more refined and precise. This is particularly true of the fish and seafood courses in this menu. But the slightly altered flavour profile is now also more noticeable in the meat dishes. There is certainly room for improvement in the meat courses, but for my taste, this is exactly the right direction to take. Thus, on the tenth anniversary of The Table, Kevin Fehling's cuisine retains its relevance among Germany's culinary elite." (Published in September 2025)
