POTSDAM. The Michelin-starred restaurant Kochzimmer has had a new head chef since the beginning of the year. According to the owners, Claudia and Jörg Frankenhäuser, the previous sous chef, Nico Werner (28), has taken over the role. "We are delighted to continue our successful collaboration with Nico Werner over the past few years. We value his commitment to our company and would like to place our trust in him, which he deserves. It is our pleasure to promote him as a young talent and entrust him with culinary responsibility as head chef. Together with an ambitious and young team, he will further develop our culinary concept of 'New Prussian Cuisine' in order to continue offering new guests [...], valued regulars and many friends an outstanding kochZIMMER experience."
