Similar to the previous evening, the dishes are very purist and minimalist, or rather product-oriented, which makes sense given that mainly local products are used. There is another real surprise at the very end, at least if you haven't been informed in advance. After dessert, you are invited to an extra counter where you can choose from a selection of all kinds of products. The pastry chef then creates an individual dessert in front of the guest."
