"Thanks to my personal interaction with Christoph Kunz and a consistently impressive menu – especially the seafood courses – this evening was a truly memorable experience for me. I have rarely felt so close to the thoughts and ideas of a chef as I did on this entertaining evening at Komu. This was certainly influenced by the almost one-to-one attention from the chef. The concept seems coherent, independent and bold. It's not about pleasing everyone, but about going your own way. Without the sous chef, the young team already showed their potential that evening. Whether this will eventually lead to three stars is secondary for me. If evenings of this quality can be repeated, that's reward enough for me. I'll definitely be back." (Published in September 2025)
