"Season No. 2 in the cycle of four serves up the best (vegetarian) late summer has to offer. The menu, which will be available for another month and a half or so, was very impressive. My absolute favourite was the artichoke tart with tomato and bay leaf ice cream and a side dish of green tomato. There was also a very good vichyssoise with pomme pavé." (Published in August 2025)
