New head chef at GOLVET

Berlin

Nicholas Hahn moves from Cookies Crema to Berlin's Michelin-starred restaurant

BERLIN. Nicholas Hahn is the new head chef at GOLVET. The 42-year-old Michelin-starred chef, Berlin Master Chef 2025 and former head chef at the Michelin-starred restaurant Cookies Cream, will take over the reins in the kitchen on 1 February and introduce new culinary ideas from 11 February.

Nicholas Hahn stands for modern, clear cuisine with an uncompromising focus on taste. His style combines technical precision with a genuine love of produce – less staging, more substance, according to a statement from GOLVET. "I want to use my cuisine to create a genuine culinary experience again – without dogma. Fun and very good food are the main focus. Vegetarian cuisine will continue to play a major role," says Nicholas Hahn.

"Similar to the previous evening, the dishes are very purist and minimalist or product-oriented, which makes sense given that mainly local products are used."
