I thoroughly enjoyed this restaurant visit. Even though I often encounter new concepts at Ikarus, the overall experience was exceptional even by this standard. The perfect restaurant and team management by the highly committed and cheerful Mona Röthig is also worth mentioning. The entire team radiates such joy and enthusiasm that it alone is contagious. A few words about the accompanying drinks: there is a non-alcoholic option and one with alcohol. I chose the latter. It consisted of five wines and three cocktails, put together by sommelier Luigi Pecchia and bartender Leopold Späth. Everything was also very finely selected and went perfectly with the courses. The evening was a great pleasure and I would be surprised if Jens Madsen cannot seamlessly continue Bobby Bräuer's ratings. And he's only just getting started." (Published in August 2025)
