Brasserie Colette gets a new dining concept
München, Bayern, Baden-Württemberg, Berlin
BERLIN. The new year kicks off at Brasserie Colette with a special reason to celebrate, as 2026 marks a decade of modern French cuisine for the brasserie concept based in Berlin, Constance and Munich. Since 2016, all three locations have been serving creative brasserie cuisine characterised by the distinctive flavours of sweetness, acidity and spiciness of Berlin's two-star chef and Colette patron Tim Raue. To mark the anniversary, Brasserie Colette is setting new accents together with head chef Dominik Obermeier: guests at all three locations can look forward to a new menu concept that offers even more individuality and flexibility in their menu selection.
Previously, guests could look forward to three new menus at prices ranging from £99 to £135, as well as an à la carte selection, every quarter. Since 8 January in Berlin, 12 January in Munich and 14 January in Konstanz, a visit to Brasserie Colette has become even more personal and accessible. The new concept is a response to growing demand from guests for individually customisable menus. In addition to the option of ordering all dishes à la carte, classics such as artichoke, Marocain prawns and crème brûlée can now be combined with changing seasonal dishes to create individual 4-course menus consisting of a starter, intermediate course, main course and dessert at a price of £99. There are two exceptions: the vegan menu is offered at a price of £88, and if you choose the popular beef Wellington for two, there is a surcharge of £10 per person. In addition to the 4-course menu, Fine de Claire and Boudeuse oysters can still be ordered.
In addition to the classics, guests can choose from a variety of changing dishes as usual. A special highlight of the current menu, for example, is the Casolette de Bretagne, a warming stew from the French Atlantic coast made with white beans and seafood in a finely balanced smoked paprika sauce. Guests can also look forward to a select aperitif menu, created in collaboration between Tim Raue and the Kreuzberg-based spirits manufacturer Mampe, which reflects Raue's unmistakable twist not only on the plate, but also in three signature aperitifs: Fleur de Colette, Citrus Blossom and Fête des Baies.
If you would like to try the new menu for yourself, you can reserve a table in Berlin, Munich or Konstanz in advance at https://brasseriecolette.de. The restaurants in Berlin and Munich are open daily from 6 p.m., and the Konstanz location is open from Wednesday to Sunday from 6 p.m. In addition, the brasseries in Berlin and Konstanz are open on selected days for lunch between 12 noon and 3 p.m.

The Caper, Vulcano
"Similar to the previous evening, the dishes are very purist and minimalist or product-oriented, which makes sense given that mainly local products are used."
