"But looking back on the evening with a little distance, the positives far outweigh the negatives: an innovative culinary performance that really stands out from the German (three-star) mainstream with its own unique signature, excellent and well-informed service (except for the last half hour and the somewhat cool farewell) that clearly conveys the restaurant's sustainability concept and philosophy to guests, as well as a tastefulmodern ambience, which, with its perfectly staged preserving jars on a well-lit shelf dominating the room, once again congenially underlines this culinary philosophical approach. All in all, a restaurant that Berlin has been waiting for for a long time and which, with the "Rutz" at the peak of its innovation and creativity, it has finally got!" (Published in August 2025)
