Mingle's new number one in South Korea

Restaurant rankings for Korea updated

Mingles restaurant in Seoul is the best restaurant in South Korea in 2025. This is the result of a recalculation of the restaurant rankings for the country, based on an evaluation of the ratings given by restaurant guides for the country. Last year, it was still in second place. Last year's frontrunner, Mosu, is no longer included in the rankings. Jungsik in Seoul, which was previously in fourth place, has climbed to second place. La Yeon in Seoul has confirmed its third place from last year.

Two restaurants are new to the top 10. Onjium Seoul has improved from eleventh to eighth place. Evett in Seoul, which was in 14th place in 2024, is now in ninth place. The climber of the year is Bicena in Seoul, which has improved from 30th to 19th place.

The 2025 ranking for South Korea includes 43 restaurants, one more than last year. The ranking is based on the ratings and rankings of Asia's 50 Best Restaurants, La Liste, Guide Michelin, Opinonated about Dining (OAD) and TimeOut. More information on the calculation method can be found here.
