Johannes Steingrüber expands his culinary offerings in Seesen

SEESEN. The Hotel Görtler is expanding its restaurant offerings. In addition to the fine dining restaurant, a second restaurant will open on 15 January: Steini's. There, chef Johannes Steingrüber will offer home-style cooking to broaden the hotel's culinary offerings. Steini's will be open Monday to Friday. The plan is to offer a menu with 20 dishes, ranging from tarte flambée to authentic Wiener schnitzel and onion roast.

This is possible because the premises have been restructured as part of an expansion. "In future, our open kitchen will be entirely dedicated to the gourmet concept, which we will focus on six tables and develop with even greater precision and proximity to our guests," explains Johannes Steingrüber.

In addition, Christoph Neumann has been working as the new restaurant manager at Harzfenster since December. Johannes Steingrüber had already worked with him in his previous position as head chef at Saphir in Wolfsburg. Giulia Steingrüber is taking over the restaurant management at Steini's.
