"Sarah Hallmann's cuisine is very straightforward and very clear - a thought that kept coming to mind throughout the evening. The dishes make do with relatively few components, appear very focussed and score with a lot of aromatic depth. Nothing here is disturbing, but each course is harmonious. This is complemented by the very tidy and always friendly service. The public obviously appreciates all this. The restaurant is fully booked. And we understand why." (Published in August 2025)
