New Pic restaurant in Paris

PARIS. French multi-star chef Anne-Sophie Pic is closing her Parisian restaurant La Dame de Pic in 2026. Instead, a new restaurant is set to open in the autumn in the Fondation Cartier for contemporary art in Rue de Rivoli.
La Dame de Pic in Paris opened in 2012 and has been awarded one star. This project, conceived as a new beginning, continues Anne-Sophie Pic's creative approach. In an ambience at the interface between gastronomy and art, the chef wants to present original creations inspired by her philosophy of the sensitive "impregnation" of flavours, which combines memories and emotions layer by layer. With La Dame de Pic, Anne-Sophie Pic is also present in Hong Kong, Dubai and Bangkok in addition to her regular restaurant in Valence, Lausanne. She also characterises the cuisine in Dior's cafés and restaurants in Asia.
