Christian Sturm-Willms, who is responsible for the overall concept, and his sushi master Mitsuhiro Masutan pull out all the stops and celebrate a cuisine that knows how to impress with far above-average craftsmanship, an excellent understanding of products, harmonious combinations, gripping flavours and a whole lot of taste."
