Guide, Michelin
PARIS. The Michelin Guide has announced a further expansion in the USA. In future, there will be a south-west edition for the states of Arizona, Nevada, New Mexico and Utah. The specific date for publication is to be announced next year.
This regional approach to the Michelin Guide will allow anonymous testers to experience the culinary diversity of the Southwest in all its splendour - from vibrant metropolises to unique communities throughout the region. The Southwestern U.S. offers a dynamic and growing food scene with a focus on regional ingredients and international influences, providing a culinary experience for every traveller, near and far, according to the Michelin Guide.
"Our anonymous testers have been on the ground to explore the culinary scene in the South West and are looking forward to sharing their discoveries with the world," said Gwendal Poullennec, International Director of the Michelin Guide. "We look forward to showcasing the diverse styles of cuisine that represent the cultures of the Southwest and bring together a rich blend of traditions and culinary talent."
