Star break at Hegel Eins

Stuttgart, Baden-Württemberg

Stella Maris pop-up to bridge the absence of chef Felix Herp

STUTTGART: The Michelin-starred cuisine at Hegel Eins is taking a break. The restaurant has announced that chef Felix Herp is taking a break for health reasons. "His health is our top priority - and at the same time we want to be transparent with you. As Michelin-starred cuisine is inextricably linked to his signature style, we are temporarily unable to continue with the current concept. Quality is our highest aspiration and we only want to offer this with full conviction," reads a social media post.

The restaurant is therefore changing its offer to a pop-up called Stella Maris. It will serve Mediterranean-inspired fish cuisine that is designed to be creative, refined and full of flavour.
