"Haute cuisine with Viennese flair! The ambience here is also wonderful, as a glance at the homepage proves. But service and food! The service was quite casual for a place like the Sacher. That would be fine if there were nothing else. Afterwards we received an e-mail to evaluate the evening, which we answered carefully. There was no reply/response.
