BRAKEL-GEHRDEN. Stephan Krogmann is moving to Gehrden Castle in the district of Höxter from mid-December. This was reported by the Neue Westfälische newspaper. According to the newspaper, he will start work there on 15 December. Stephan Krogmann was most recently head chef at the Hilmar restaurant in Aerzen, which achieved a star in the Michelin Guide under his management.

At his new place of work, he will offer fine dining cuisine in the La Brise restaurant and regional cuisine in the Jerome's restaurant. The newspaper quotes the owner of the hotel, Jens-Uwe Göke, as saying: "This step opens a new chapter in the history book of Hotel Schloss Gehrden."
