"At the end of the menu, chef Jürgen Birth came to our table in person to find out whether we were satisfied. I was delighted to be able to give him direct feedback. I told him that he had really hit the bull's eye with the specially created vegetarian menu - it was not only well thought out and harmoniously composed, but also simply incredibly delicious.
