Jens Pietzonka leaves Hotel Bei Schumann

Jens Pietzonka wants to set new professional priorities

SCHIRGISWALDE-KIRSCHAU. Jens Pietzonka is giving up his role as F&B Manager at the Hotel Bei Schumann in Kirschau. He wants to place his passion for wine more at the centre of his professional activities in future and will therefore be taking new paths, the hotel announced. However, he will remain connected to the hotel and joint projects and events have been planned for the coming year.

Jens Pietzonka took over the role of F&B Manager in November 2024. He previously ran the wine centre in Dresden. Further stations in his professional career include the Söl'ring Hof on Sylt (2 Michelin stars), the Bean & Beluga restaurant in Dresden (1 Michelin star) and the Villa Merton in Frankfurt, which has also been awarded a Michelin star.
