"At the Wolfshöhle, Martin Fauster delivers a confident performance that only someone who doesn't have to prove anything to anyone and who knows exactly what he wants can offer. His dishes dispense with anything superfluous, focusing on harmonious flavours, harmonious combinations and excellent product quality. The food is classic through and through and the craftsmanship is absolutely flawless. The wine list offers something to suit all price ranges. The service is also impeccable.
