Gault&Millau rates 89 restaurants in Luxembourg
(1 November 2025) - The eleventh edition of Gault&Millau for Luxembourg awards Clovis Degrave, head chef of the "Grünewald Chef's Table" in Dommeldange, the title of Chef of the Year. The guide also rates a total of 89 restaurants.
According to Gault&Millau, Clovis Degrave was honoured for his creativity, perseverance and entrepreneurial spirit. This prestigious award recognises a courageous chef who dares to delegate tasks and listen, who likes to question himself and the development of his kitchen as well as his other businesses such as the Hostellerie du Grünewald and Maison B, which he runs together with his wife Aline Bourscheid. He also received 15.5 out of 20 points, securing the Chef's Table its third toque.

- Sommelier of the Year: Rodolphe Chevalier (Vinoteca & Bellamy)
- Restaurant de Terroir (Sustainability): Le Q dans le Beurre (chef Jérémmy Parjouet)
Gault&Millau categorises the upgrades of OIO and Equilibrium, which each receive a third toque with a score of 15/20, and the outstanding newcomer of the year, Fields by René Mathieu, which receives four toques straight away, as notable developments in the guide.
