"I was very satisfied with the kitchen service. There is a lot on offer. At the same time, the cuisine is light. You're full at the end, but not overstuffed. Lunch took 2 1⁄2 hours.
There are a lot of young service staff in the restaurant in relation to the number of guests. At the beginning it was actually a bit stiff, but the restaurant's staff thawed out. Ultimately, how you behave as a guest is also crucial (how you behave in the forest...)." (Published in June 2025)
