Bobby Bräuer supports Forsthaus Wörnbrunn
Bayern
GRÜNWALD. Former two-star chef Bobby Bräuer will be working with Forsthaus Wörnbrunn in the future. This was confirmed by operator Florian Gürster to the Münchner Merkur newspaper. From now on, Bräuer will cook at the Forsthaus when he is booked for gourmet meals or private parties and will be on hand to advise the team on key issues, according to the report. To this end, he is on site in the kitchen one or two days a week and has his own area there at his free disposal. To kick things off, Bräuer will be offering a winter-inspired five-course menu together with Florian Gürster in the pop-up restaurant on Rodungsinsel on 20, 21 and 22 November and on 4, 5 and 6 December.

The Caper, Vulcano
"Similar to the previous evening, the dishes are very purist and minimalist or product-oriented, which makes sense given that mainly local products are used."
