Tobias Wollscheid back at Lafleur
FRANKFURT AM MAIN. Tobias Wollscheid is the new head chef at Lafleur. He joins Executive Chef Andreas Krolik at the helm of the two-star restaurant in Frankfurt. Tobias Wollscheid already worked there as Executive Sous Chef and Chef Pâtissier from 2015 to 2020.
The collaboration between Andreas Krolik and Tobias Wollscheid therefore has a long tradition: Andreas Krolik was a formative trainer for Tobias Wollscheid right from the start of his career at Brenners Parkhotel Parkrestaurant in Baden-Baden. His path then led him to the Favorite restaurant in Mainz (one Michelin star), where he worked as head chef for several years and gained valuable experience.
