"The menu already sounded very promising, and Daniel Klein's cuisine has also lived up to this on the plate. The dishes are creative, but not too playful, so that even the more conservative clientele in the Weserbergland region are not put off. The craftsmanship is impeccable and the products are of above-average quality. This means that the restaurant has all the ingredients to be recognised in the relevant guides.
This is already the case with the wine list and Moritz-Christian Brand knows how to expertly guide guests through the extensive compendium. The service, which is also partly provided by the chefs, is attentive and friendly at all times. We felt at home." (Published in May 2025)
