"The evening at the Esplanade restaurant was a real feast for the senses. The vegetarian 8-course menu was a culinary journey that far exceeded my expectations. Each course was an explosion of flavour, masterfully presented and prepared with great attention to detail. The non-alcoholic accompaniment, which was served with great creativity and enthusiasm, rounded off the menu perfectly and harmonised wonderfully with the various dishes." (Published in May 2025)
