Falstaff Nordics vergibt elf Awards
Dänemark, Finnland, Norwegen, Schweden, Guide, Falstaff
VYN and Alchemist are restaurants of the year
(4 April 2025) - Falstaff Nordics has presented its awards for the year 2025 in eleven categories and published its current restaurant ratings for Denmark, Sweden, Norway. Finland and the Baltic States.
The winners of the Nordic Falstaff Awards 2025 are:
- Rising Star of the Year - Cuisine: Tilde Schedin (Hantverket, Sweden) and Rebecca Siri Corbo (Søllerød Kro, Denmark)
- Rising Star of the Year - Service: Andreas Rømer Vejs Lund (Vyn, Sweden) and Andreas Kobs Laursen (Lyst, D#nmark)
- Easy Eating of the Year: Rolfs Hav (Sweden) and Bar Vitrine (Denmark)
- Culinary Hideaway of the Year: PM & Vänner (Sweden) and Kadeau Bornholm (Dönmark)
- Sustainability Award of the Year: Hörte Brygga (Sweden) and Moment (Denmark)
- New Restaurant of the Year: Ergo (Sweden) and Vie (Denmark)
- Sommelier of the Year: Sören Polonius (Adam/Albin, Sweden) and Helle Lieffroy (Restaurant Lieffroy, Denmark)
- Service of the Year: AIRA (Sweden) and Geranium (Denmark)
- Chef of the Year: Florencia Abella (Ekstedt, Stockholm) and Rasmus Munk (Alchemist, Denmark)
- Lifetime Achievement of the Year: Crister Svantesson (Le Petit Bistrot, Sweden) and Jan Restorff (Søllerød Kro, Denmark)
