"The "Alte Schule" restaurant in Fürstenhagen is idyllically located in the centre of the Feldberg Lake District, where foxes and hares say goodnight. Daniel Schmidthaler and his kitchen team conjure up regional dishes from fresh ingredients, often sourced from the surrounding forests, lakes, fields and meadows. We felt completely at home in the house and the lovingly furnished country-style hotel rooms. Conclusion: Warm family hospitality, professional service - the star is well deserved.
