New culinary concept at Rosewood Vienna

Wien, Austria

The vision: A gastronomic experience that combines local identity with international standards

The Rosewood Vienna is realigning its culinary concept and re-sculpting its gastronomy. The aim is to offer both hotel guests and the Viennese contemporary moments of pleasure at the highest level. The vision: a gastronomic experience that combines local identity with international standards - stylish, sensual and inspiring.

The Neue Hoheit restaurant is at the centre of the new direction. The cuisine draws on Austrian tradition, but interprets it with modern lightness and creative sophistication. On the menu, regional ingredients meet international inspiration - a culinary bridge that combines down-to-earthness and cosmopolitan sophistication. A spacious garden terrace with a view over the rooftops of Vienna and a curated wine gallery round off the experience and make the Neue Hoheit a stylish meeting place for lunch and dinner.

Bar experience with a view

The Neue Hoheit Bar is open during the day and in the evening and focuses on a select mix of high-quality signature cocktails and modern interpretations of classic bar dishes. Day drinking is not a passing trend here, but a stylish attitude - characterised by relaxed luxury and urban ease.

One floor higher, on the roof of the building, is THE 1835 - named after the year the building was constructed. But this bar is far more than just a classic place to go out: it is an atmospheric retreat where time, light and atmosphere intertwine in a special way. Anyone who takes a seat here immediately feels the soothing calm: subdued lighting, velvet-covered armchairs, soft materials, an almost intimate setting. You sit shielded from the rhythm of the city - until the doors to the roof terrace open and the view unfolds far across Vienna. Rooftops in the evening light, a glass in your hand, soft music in the background - THE 1835 is both a view and a retreat, and has long been one of the most sought-after places in the city.

Pop-up collaboration with IKI

Since May, the openness to new culinary impulses has been reflected in a special collaboration: the renowned IKI restaurant from Erste Campus has temporarily moved into the building. Japanese precision meets Viennese lightness - a meeting of two culinary cultures that finds expression in the pop-up series "Neue Hoheit Bar x IKI am Erste Campus". On the menu: dishes such as Crispy Lobster Salad, Pork Belly Bun or Miso Black Cod - accompanied by innovative Spritz variations and sophisticated signature cocktails.
