"It was great culinary cinema what we were offered that evening! If you exclude the amuses, which were still quite restrained, and the cappelli with sea herbs, which came to the table a little too "al dente" for us non-Italians, "Agli Amici" presented Mediterranean fish and seafood cuisine that met the highest standards of product quality and compositional skills."
