Tanière3 overtakes last year's top trio

The restaurant Tanière3 in Québec is the new top restaurant in the 2025 restaurant rankings for Canada. This is its first year in the ranking, making it the best newcomer of the year, according to Restaurant-Ranglisten.de's analysis of the scores of the country's most important restaurant guides. Last year's frontrunners now follow in the rankings. Sushi Masaki Saito in Toronto takes second place, while Alo and Edulis in Toronto share fourth place. Published on Main in Vancouver moves up to third place, having achieved fourth place in the previous year.

Four restaurants are new in the top 10: Osteria Giulia in Toronto improves from eleventh place last year to seventh place. The Pearl Morisette in Lincoln is new to the ranking and in ninth place. In addition, 20 Victoria in Toronto, which was ranked 24th last year, and Quetzel in Toronto, which was ranked twelfth last year, are among the other restaurants in tenth place.

This year's ranking consists of one restaurant with 51 entries. Restaurant ratings from the Michelin Guide, the lists and restaurant guides Gayot, Canada100, Elite Traveller, Fodor, Gayot and the meta-list La Liste are evaluated.
