Farewell
Michelin-starred restaurant Jungborn closed
Rheinland-Pfalz
BAD SOBERNHEIM: The Michelin-starred restaurant Jungborn in the wellness hotel Bollants im Park has ceased operations. The hotel announced the decision with "great gratitude and a touch of melancholy". The background to this is the decision by Head Chef Philipp Helzle and F&B Manager Petra Helzle to pursue new career paths. "Over the past few years, both have decisively shaped the culinary direction of our hotel with their passion, expertise and tireless commitment," reads the press release.
Philipp Helzle was the creative mind behind Jungborn and Restaurant Hermannshof for over a decade. With his passion, his skills and his flair for special moments of pleasure, he has turned the restaurants into award-winning places of enjoyment, while Petra Helzle, as F&B manager, has made a decisive contribution to the quality and experience of our gastronomy with her prudence and enthusiasm for hospitality, explains the Bollants.

The Caper, Vulcano
"Similar to the previous evening, the dishes are very purist and minimalist or product-oriented, which makes sense given that mainly local products are used."
