Ireland: Dual leadership confirms first place

The restaurants Chapter One and Patrick Guilbaud in Dublin together continue to lead the ranking of Ireland's best restaurants in 2025. This is based on an evaluation of the scores of the most important restaurant guides for Ireland by Restaurant-Ranglisten.de. This is the fourth time that Chapter One has taken first place and the 15th time in a row that Patrick Guilbaud has done so. Dede in Baltimore, which was in fourth place last year, moves up to third place.
Two restaurants are new to the top 10: Terre in Castlemartyr improves from 13th to fourth place, which is also the newcomer of the year. The Lady Helen in Thomastown climbs from twelfth to eighth place.
The best newcomer to the Ireland rankings is Ballyfin in Ballyfin, which achieves 13th place straight away.
The ranking list includes 48 restaurants. That is nine more than in the previous year. Ratings from the Michelin Guide and the LaListe and Elite Traveller rankings are taken into account.
