HAMBURG - At the MICHELIN Stars 2025 award ceremony at the Gesellschaftshaus Palmengarten in Frankfurt, two of Thomas A. Imbusch and Sophie Lehmann 's restaurants were honoured for their exceptional culinary achievements and their consistent commitment to sustainability:

  • The 100/200 Kitchen was once again honoured with two MICHELIN stars as well as the Green Star.

  • Just one year after its opening, the GLORIE received its first MICHELIN star - also together with the Green Star.

What makes this award so special is that it is the first time in the world that a chef has been honoured with three MICHELIN stars and two Green Stars for two restaurants in one place. Two restaurants. One cuisine. One philosophy. One message.

Culinary excellence meets responsibility

At 100/200 Kitchen, which opened in 2018, the experience is characterised by seasonal surprise menus and uncompromising sustainability. The cuisine follows the rhythm of nature - artisanal, purist, product-centred. Guests can expect perhaps the most affordable two-star experience in Germany: the menu price has recently been set at EUR 175.00. With this decision, Imbusch and Lehmann emphasise their conviction:"Enjoyment per se - and access to really good food - is good for everyone and can positively change our society."

GLORIE - young, modern, award-winning

GLORIE, opening in spring 2024, complements the scene with a modern, spontaneous fine dining concept: à la carte, timeless, accessible - without compromising on quality or sustainability. With the first MICHELIN star and the Green Star, GLORIE has now also found its place on the gastronomic map.

One place, many perspectives

With these two addresses, the Brandshof in Hamburg-Rothenburgsort is developing into a place where enjoyment, craftsmanship, sustainability and human closeness come together in a special way - a place that combines not only ambitious cuisine, but also a deep understanding of hospitality and the diversity of today's lifestyles.

For regular guests, explorers, the curious - or simply anyone who wants to eat well. The service? Personal, warm, knowledgeable. The drinks accompaniment? Whether wine or non-alcoholic - curated with the same respect and enthusiasm.

Opening hours:

100/200 Kitchen and GLORIE are open:
Friday to Sunday: Lunch and dinner
Monday & Tuesday: Dinner from 18:30
