LUZERN The Maihöfli by Uniquisine restaurant in Lucerne has been offering an à la carte selection at lunchtime in the open air from Wednesday to Friday since this week. In the middle of the idyllic garden under chestnut trees, guests can expect seasonal, market-fresh cuisine with a lot of heart - complemented by finely tuned wine recommendations from the sommelier or alcohol-free drinks.
Maihöfli now offers a light, down-to-earth lunch menu for those who are short on time but don't want to compromise on quality and enjoyment. There is a choice of 3 starters, 3 main courses and 3 desserts. Slightly simpler than in the evening, but with the same high standards of freshness, regionality and preparation - cooked with dedication. Those who want to treat themselves to a little more time at lunchtime can also enjoy the evening fine-dining menu if ordered in advance - and thus take a culinary break from everyday life.
The lunch menu changes every fortnight, inspired by seasonal ingredients and creative ideas from the kitchen. And guests also get their money's worth on Saturday lunchtimes - then exclusively with large menus for true gourmets.

Fine bottles of wine are ready, the spring menu is seasonal, creative and full of flavour. In the evening, guests can look forward to extensive indulgence in its most beautiful form. The kitchen is eager to present its new creations, while the service team fills the warm atmosphere with life. The spring menu runs until the end of June, before the new summer menu kicks off at the beginning of July.
