Boury remains number 1 in Belgium

Hof van Cleve zurück in den Top 10

Restaurant Boury achieves first place in the restaurant rankings for Belgium in 2025. This is the second year in a row for the restaurant in Roselare. Restaurant Zilte in Antwerp confirms its second place from the previous year. L'Air du Temps in Liernu takes third place.

Following the withdrawal of Peter Goosesn and the handover to Floris van der Veken, Hof van Cleve in Kruishoutem is back in the top group. As it was not rated in all guides in the meantime, it had fallen back to 115th place in 2024, but is now back in fourth place. This also makes it the newcomer of the year.

The Bozar in Brussels is also new to the top 10, moving up from 16th to fifth place. The Willem Hiele in Oudenburg is also new to the top 10, rising from 130th to seventh place. Another newcomer to the top group is the D'Eugénie à Emilie in Baudur, which climbs from 22nd to eighth place.

The best newcomer to the ranking list is Haut in Ostend, which immediately achieves 51st place in the ranking.

The ranking takes into account 188 restaurants that have achieved ratings in the Michelin Guide, Gault&Millau, Falstaff or Foodtaster, as well as the Opinonated about Dining, LaListe and Best Chef Awards rankings.
