Restaurant review
Zilte, Antwerp
Belgium, Antwerpen, Forum
"Belgium was previously a blank spot on my culinary map. I chose three Michelin-starred restaurants for a four-day stay in Antwerp. A visit to The Jane was originally planned, but its temporary closure until it reopens at a new location in early summer 2025 didn't fit in with my schedule. Restaurant Zilte on the 9th floor of the Museum aan de Stroom, MAS for short, is one of the few restaurants in Antwerp that is also open on Mondays. A look back: in 1996, self-taught chef Viki Geunes and his wife Viviane Plaquet opened the restaurant 't Zilte in the centre of Mol." (Published in April 2025)
