Restaurant review
Le Moissonnier, Köln
"I often find one-star restaurants in this country boring, but Le Moissonnier Bistro is one of the few exceptions that impressed me with its flavoursome dishes. This was a particularly coherent culinary experience, where almost all the courses were well above the level of a Michelin star in terms of craftsmanship, preparation and flavour. Despite the lively atmosphere, the service never lost its composure, with Liliane and Vincent Moissonnier actively helping out that afternoon. It's great that restaurants like this still exist."
